We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

✅ Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and free from damage
• Must include all original packaging, accessories, inserts, and tags (if applicable)
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at clipworksdesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

💵 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
